Janasahayakendram is IT-approved and serves as a critical component of the Digital India Plan. It aims to improve governance by providing essential government and public utility services, social utility services, social welfare schemes, financial services, education and skill development courses, health and agriculture services, and digital literacy, among other business-to-customer services, with comprehensive coverage across the state.
